My name is Matsai Favour Kingsley, but everyone calls me Sharp Shooter. I live in a village in Nigeria, Africa. I started training with my friends when I was 17 years old and for years I worked as best I knew how, but I was not happy with my progress. I noticed a coach that was giving good training advice so I reached out to him for help. He agreed to help me and started to systematically teach me about proper training techniques, muscle anatomy, and dieting. The more I learned the quicker I changed and progressed. Eventually we later both came together to together create various different training material for others to also learn these awesome techniques. Overall thank you all for your support. You all have been one of the best parts of my journey to change.

Welcome To Sharp Fitness
Together with my coach, Coach Ultrin, we developed a training program for the equipment that I had. My equipment might seem basic but the training program and techniques I use are really advanced. When my friends saw how fast I was progressing, they all wanted to learn my secrets. We have since made different training programs to work with different levels of equipment as well as handy exercise charts to find alternative exercises to those in the program. Since diet is a really important part of training, we developed a simple diet guide that makes it easy to make the right choices with what you have available.
Now we are making the following available to you: The fully illustrated Training Programs are specially designed to help you develop a well balanced physique by systematically training every part of each muscle group with the right combination of compound exercises (using several muscle groups at the same time) and isolation exercises (using only one muscle). The Training Courses take you through the basics of training and build up to more advanced techniques. These not only keep training interesting, but they also make sure that you keep progressing long after the first few weeks - and give you what you need to make training a healthy part of a balanced lifestyle. The Diet Guide, Fat Loss Guide and Nutrition courses are specially designed to help you understand what you are eating and why different foods are important. It is not a list of what not to eat but rather sound advice about what your body really needs and when. I really hope you will join me on this awesome journey to improve yourself.
